Flexible magnetFlexible magnet, proved superior to sintered magnets on the aspects of forming ability, size precision, consistence and flexibility, are compounded of Strontium or Barium ferrite powder and plastic or rubber material through special technique.Unlike hard ferrite magnet which is normally fragile against to shock, flexible magnet is flexible, and uneasy to break and crack. It can be manufactured in proper flexibility and cut into any size with knife or scissors to meet customer's specific requirement without cracking or loss of magnetic energy. It can be magnetic sheets, magnetic strips, magnetic tape and so on.Applications: Due to the flexibility and magnetic strength of flexible magnet, it is the ideal material where rigid, brittle, or electrical conductive materials can not be used. We also could manufacture various magnetic properties according to the customer s requirements.Reference points for flexible magnets:By extruding or calendering, the flexible magnet can be made into stripe, coil, roll and sheet; By injecting, they can be easy to make into any complicated shape and obtain precise tolerance.According to magnetic property, the flexible magnet is divided into anisotropic and isotropic. Anisotropic type produces higher magnetic power than isotropic type but with limited choice of direction of magnetization (e.g. thru thickness, diametrically, axially), it is mainly tailored for DC-motor or strong holding application. Isotropic type produces lower magnetic power but with more choice of direction of magnetization (e.g. multi-pole radially, unilateral multipolar, multipolar inner/outer diameter etc.), it is good for promotional, advertising and educational purpose.Additional information:1.Dimension and shape can be in large sheet, large roll, or any size customer prefer.2. Self-adhesive backing is available.3. Color PVC or paper can be laminated on the flexible magnet in sheet and roll forms, but the width of roll should be less than 620 mm.4. Color printing on flexible magnet is available (artwork printed on PVC or paper laminated on the magnet), and the magnet can be die cut or kiss cut into any shape according to the customer s requirements.
